very proud to be a part of this beautiful food book project by begum atakan and cemre narin. the book came out early this summer. with very beautiful photographs and well articulated, sophisticated content this recipe book is going to be a staple among its genre. "icindekiler" means in this case "the ingredients". i hope the book will be published in english as well. although it refers to native and local ingredients to be found in turkey, it is an interesting compilation for the international audience. begum and cemre used santimetre porcelain products, for most of the food they prepared for their book. nazlı paker garcia was the art director & graphic designer of the project. and the beautiful photographs were shot by ahmet agaoglu and yıldıray can. thank you!
